Shoal Creek Band |
|
This great band has been making great music around these parts for nearly 20 years and their current lineup of pickers and singers is the best ever. And we’re not just saying that because they’re all friends of ours. Their first CD project is out and you can hear tracks from it on Mountain Echoes and buy it on their website. Here's a little-known secret... that's them singing and playing on our jingles and station identifications. |

Bruce Walker... Storyteller |
| |
Bruce is one of the stoutest supporters of Mountain Echoes Radio. His storytelling takes the family story narrative
to a whole new level as he spins yarns from "Walker's Bend" - where life is simpler, but not simple-minded. He
performs at festivals, churches, civic organizations, business groups, coffeehouses and other venues. Drawing from
his experiences as a minister, pilot and business owner, he tells original stories that will make you laugh, think
and cry. Bruce and his wife, Joan, have lived in Huntsville, Alabama for more than 22 years. |

I began attending James Bruggeman's monthly Atlanta meetings somewhere around 1995 or '96. James is a Bible scholar
who digs deep into the Scriptures and shares God's truth with those who are ready for spiritual meat. I heartily
recommend his teachings. |
